Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has expressed worry that some Boko Haram leaders might have escaped from prison during the heavy flooding in Maiduguri. He affirmed this during an interview with the BBC when he was asked if he was worried that some Boko Haram leaders might have escaped due to the flooding.
