German environmental organizations said on Monday that they were bringing renewed legal action against the government in relation to amended legislation on cutting greenhouse gas emissions. Greenpeace and Germanwatch said there were 54,000 plaintiffs behind the action before the Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe.
