The international aid group Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has been forced to cease its operations in Russia. MSF suspended activities in the country after its office was removed from the register of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), it said in a press release on Monday. The group was informed of the government’s move in a letter in August, it added.
