Mateo Kovacic has undoubtedly made a great start to the new season for Manchester City. The Croatia international has started all four of City’s Premier League games so far, providing cover for Rodri who returned late after the summer. Kovacic has done a fine job as the sitting midfielder and has arguably been one of the team’s strongest performers in the opening weeks.
