Liverpool put their weekend defeat to Nottingham Forest behind them with a win over AC Milan on Tuesday. The Reds were in dire need of a victory having succumbed to a shock defeat against Forest on Saturday. The loss was Arne Slot’s first in charge of Liverpool and had the potential to derail what has been a really positive start from the Dutchman.
