A VIOLENT offender has been sent, in custody, to the crown court charged with causing a woman grievous bodily harm. Andrew Harding appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, August 15. The Newbury 42-year-old, currently said to be of no fixed address, is accused of breaking a violent offender order by failing to notify police if he starts an intimate relationship with any female.
