A road has been closed due to a burst water pipe. Video of the leak in North Farm Road in Southborough, near Tunbridge Wells, shows water gushing out of a large hole that also caused parts of the lane to flood. It was reported to have burst during the night (September 17) and South East Water has now closed off access to fix it.
