A man has been spotted lying opposite a roundabout while exposing himself in Newbury. And police are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward. The incident happened yesterday (Tuesday, September 17) in the St John’s memorial garden at the end of Newtown Road between 3.40pm and 3.45pm. The man is described as white, of large build, between 22 – 25-years-old, wearing a pale coloured t-shirt, grey hoodie with the hood up, coloured jogging bottoms and black trainers.
