We’ve loved seeing your amazing photos of a rare natural phenomenon earlier this week. The harvest supermoon rose on Tuesday evening (September 17), so called because they usually happen at around harvest time in mid September. This coincided with a rare partial lunar eclipse in the early hours of Wednesday morning, where part of the moon’s surface was covered by the earth’s shadow. Supermoons are rare, and this was the second of only four to take place this year.
