The ruling All Progressives Congress, APC has flagged off its campaign for the October 19 local government election in Kogi State. Speaking at the official flagging-off ceremony on Thursday in Lokoja, the Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo expressed optimism that the APC will win the election by 100 percent following their performance in the state.
