Network expansion in new regions
In 2024, lifecell opened 19 new stores in different regions of Ukraine, including cities where there were no brand service points before. Among these cities are Mena (Chernihiv region), Rozdilna (Odesa region), Kostopil (Rivne region), Slavuta and Starokostiantyniv (Khmelnytsky region). This expansion allows the operator to get closer to its customers and provide quality service in new locations.

Increase in the number of employees and restoration of stores
lifecell continues to create new jobs. As of August 31, 2024, the operator’s store network employed more than 1000 salespeople.
Some lifecell stores in eastern and southern Ukraine were damaged by shelling. However, thanks to the joint efforts of lifecell and its partners, these stores were quickly restored, providing customers with uninterrupted access to the operator’s services.
Popular products and services
In 2024, lifecell continues to expand the range of goods and services in its stores. Among the most popular are starter packages and additional operator services. Routers, power banks and chargers are also in great demand, which is especially relevant in the context of frequent power outages. In 2024, the company added new brands to its assortment, such as TM 7L, Human Mobile Devices (HMD), TM XO, TM Duracell, TM 2E, and TM Nubia.
Starting June 1, 2024, lifecell launched a promotional offer “Screen protection and sticker for UAH 199”, and demand for this service in some cities has increased by 52% since the beginning of the year.
Cooperation with Meest POST
One of the important areas of lifecell’s activities in 2024 is cooperation with the postal operator Meest Poshta. Every month, more than 35,000 parcels are received and delivered through lifecell stores.
