More than 20 people have been injured in a Russian airstrike on an apartment block in the city of Kharkiv in north-eastern Ukraine, officials said on Sunday. Governor of Kharkiv Oleh Syniehubov said on Telegram an 8-year-old and two teenagers were among the injured. He posted photos showing rubble in front of a multi-storey building and a burnt out car.
