Celtic progressed into the League Cup semi-final yesterday afternoon after a hard-fought win over Championship side Falkirk at Celtic Park. Behind for much of the game, it took until the 70th minute for Celtic to get a grip of the match in which they ran out comfortable 5-2 winners in a thrilling contest in the end.
