The Hezbollah militia launched a renewed barrage on Israel from its bases in Lebanon on Monday, its projectiles penetrating further into the country than before in the current conflict. Air raid sirens sounded in the port city of Haifa, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported. Some of the projectiles were intercepted, while others struck open ground.
