TAMPA, Fla. \- – A shooting incident this morning has left one man dead and a woman hospitalized. Just after 8:00 AM, Tampa police responded to reports of shots fired on the 3600 block of E Osborne Ave. Upon arrival, they found a vehicle had crashed into a house. The driver, an adult black male, was critically injured and later died at a local hospital. The resident of the house, an adult black female, was also hospitalized but is in stable condition.
