Housebuyers have an opportunity to buy a piece of history as a former pub has come to the market. Savills is marketing the Old Craven Arms pub in Inkpen. The inn dates to the 19th century, with records of pints being pulled from 1850 onwards. A list of publicans goes up to 1931. Now, it is a six-bed Grade II listed home, with 112 acres of land and outbuildings. The fields are permanent pasture for hay making and have also been used for livestock grazing.
