A 32-year-old Florida man is in custody after allegedly using his truck to fatally strike the mother of his child and injure another man. The Broward County Sheriff’s Office reports that Edwin Amaya got into an argument with Brenda Hernandez Amaya, the mother of his son, on Saturday night. Amaya then allegedly intentionally hit Hernandez Amaya with his truck, also injuring Omar Munguia-Henrique who was trying to intervene.
