Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India] September 25 (ANI): Preparations are underway for the second phase of polling in Jammu and Kashmir that is to be held on September 25 on the 26 Assembly seats. Security arrangements have been tightened with CCTV surveillance installed to ensure fair polling in the UT.
