Five people have been injured in a Ukrainian attack on the western Russian city of Belgorod, the local authorities there reported on Wednesday. Four of them were taken to hospital, the region’s governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced on his Telegram channel. In his post he said that the large-scale attack had damaged a high-rise building and 75 smaller residential buildings. In addition, dozens of vehicles, water and gas pipes were damaged, he said.
