An appeal has been made against West Berkshire Council after it refused to grant permission for the change of use of a house in Thatcham. The proposal (23/02509/FUL), submitted by STATS (Hampshire) Limited last November, sought permission to convert the house at 55 Chapel Street into a one-bedroom flat and consulting rooms for a counselling service, with associated parking.
