The U.S. Department of State’s Rewards for Justice (RFJ) program, administered by the Diplomatic Security Service, is offering a reward of up to $20 million for information leading to the arrest or conviction of Shahram Poursafi, also known by aliases such as Mehdi Rezayi and Shahin Pourbakhsh. Poursafi is a member of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and is believed to have been working on behalf of the IRGC-Qods Force (IRGC-QF) to arrange the murder-for-hire of former U.S. National Security Adviser John Bolton.
