The Indiana Pacers on Friday waived Japan men’s basketball team guard Keisei Tominaga a day after signing him to an Exhibit 10 training camp contract. The 23-year-old can join Indiana’s affiliate in the developmental G League after completing the waiver process, during which other NBA teams have the option of claiming him. Tominaga represented Japan at the recent Paris Olympics and later made his professional debut as a member of the G League United select team.
