Updated at 4:57 p.m. The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that a 61-year-old Supreme Court judge delivering humanitarian aid was killed in an attack on a civilian car in Kozacha Lopan. A photo of the damaged Mitsubishi Lancer, where the man died, was released by the agency. Preliminary reports indicate that three women injured in the incident were also in the car.
