Nasarawa United and Sunshine Stars won on the road in the Nigeria Premier Football League on Saturday. At the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos, Kabiru Dogo’s Nasarawa United beat hard-fighting Ikorodu City 2-1. Anas Yusuf gave the visitors the lead one minute before the break. The hosts equalised through Chilaka Thankgod three minutes after the break. Kabiru Balogun, however, scored the winning goal for Nasarawa United in the 65th minute.
