Donald Trump on Saturday raised eyebrows with a comment he made on a rally stage. Trump spoke at an indoor rally in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, where at one point he called Vice President Kamala Harris “a mentally disabled person.” Trump also appeared to blame illegal immigration for a fly buzzing on stage.
