The Nigerian Railway Corporation, NRC, has assured that it would address ticket racketeering at the Abuja-Kaduna Train Service, AKTS. This was contained in a statement by the Deputy Director of Public Relations of NRC, Mr Yakub Mahmood, on Saturday in Lagos. Mahmood said information has reached the management of the NRC on passengers’ difficulties in obtaining tickets online resulting in ticket racketeering on the AKTS in recent times.
