Tottenham Hotspur have two exciting youngsters out on loan in the Belgian Pro League in Alfie Devine and Luka Vuskovic. The duo have made quite an impression so far at K.V.C. Westerlo and were both in the starting line-up away at Standard Liege on September 28. Westerlo have made a great start to the season and currently sit in fourth after nine matches, last term they ended the regular season in 11th.
