Austria has become the 15th country where Nova Post has launched its services. Delivery time from Ukraine is 5 days or more, and to Austria and other European countries – 1 day or less.
From now on, Nova Post customers can order targeted delivery of documents and parcels from Ukraine to any address in Austria, between Austrian cities and towns, and from Austria to other European countries. In addition, a courier can pick up a paid and packed shipment from any address in the country for further delivery.
Services and prices
The service accepts parcels weighing up to 30 kg and costing up to 150 euros (7000 UAH). The service is available for both individuals and businesses.
The cost of targeted delivery from Ukraine to Austria is:
- documents – 700 UAH.
- parcels up to 2 kg – 800 UAH.
- up to 10 kg – 1350 UAH.
- parcels up to 30 kg – 2600 UAH.
Changing the format
“For the first time, Nova Post has changed its format and entered the country’s market with exclusively targeted delivery. Nova Post couriers deliver in Vienna, while the rest of the country is served by our partner GLS,” says Oleksandr Lysovets, CEO of Nova Post Europe.
According to him, the company is committed to the goal of logistically connecting Ukraine with the EU. That is why it is entering the market of new European countries, developing existing services and offering new ones for both individuals and businesses.
“Next year, we plan to make it possible to send parcels from the address by courier on the day of the application and add the ability to choose a convenient time interval,” adds Lysovets.
