A woman claims that years of a nuisance neighbour’s unwanted antics have left people on her street having “a breakdown”. Tammy Edmunds, who lives in Hunstanton, says she has been “going around in circles” trying to deal with the problem – but has had no luck with the police, West Norfolk Council or Norfolk County Council.
