Vodafone Ukraine has launched the sixth selection for the school of Data Science specialists. The training is scheduled to start on January 14, 2025.
What Vodafone Big Data Lab offers
Vodafone Big Data Lab is a comprehensive intensive course for data science specialists, which includes the study of fundamental mathematical disciplines, domain expertise, and practice with real Vodafone big data.
The training will last for six months and consists of ten interconnected modules, each of which is supervised by a separate mentor with international qualifications.
The course will help students gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills sufficient to start a career in data science. At the end of the course, students complete a large final project from Vodafone Ukraine’s business unit based on real big data that will be included in their portfolio.
Training is conducted three times a week in real time online. Lectures are recorded and available for replay. Students can consult with mentors at lectures, in the LMS system or via messengers.
The group size is 20-25 people.
How to enroll in the course
The selection includes the following stages:
- applying on the website bigdatalab.com.ua,
- passing tests to determine the candidate’s level of training,
- an interview for general coordination and motivation,
- receiving an invitation to study.
After passing the selection process, candidates may be offered a preparatory course to improve their skills.
- The preparatory course starts on November 19, 2024.
- The main course starts on January 14, 2025.
