Nigeria’s Galaxy Backbone has announced a government service portal to boost citizen engagement. The Spokesperson of the agency, Chidi Okpala disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday, noting that the initiative is in partnership with Korea International Cooperation Agency, KOICA. According to the statement, KOICA had high-level training with Twelve government agencies to drive the first phase of the initiative.
