Downey (Calif.) four-star 2026 quarterback Oscar Rios has decommitted from Purdue, he announced on Wednesday night. Rios had been committed to the Boilermakers since June, when he chose them over offers from Nebraska, UNLV, Cal, Arizona State and others.
