The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) has said that it will not allow anyone or group of persons to disrupt the Rivers State local government election holding on Saturday, 5th October. The President of IYC, Dr. Theophilus Alaye stated this while addressing a press conference on Thursday in Port Harcourt.
