PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. \- A 41-year-old inmate, Troy Dorsey, was found unresponsive in his cell at the Pinellas County Jail early this morning. Dorsey had been arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the jail at approximately 4:55 a.m. on October 3rd, 2024. He was facing charges of obstructing or resisting an officer without violence, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
