Police have launched a manhunt for a hit-and-run driver who plunged into a group of people outside a nightclub in a “targeted attack”. Students were out celebrating freshers’ week when five people were left injured outside The Tunnel Club in Birmingham. Police say the car ploughed into a group of men “deliberately” at around 3am this morning before the driver fled the scene.
