The Action Alliance candidate in Saturday’s election of Etche Local Government Areas of Rivers State, Hon. Uzordinma Nwafor, has been declared the winner. The Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission, RSIEC, had disclosed that the Action Peoples Party won 22 out of the 23 local governments during the election. The Chief Election Officer of RSIEC, Justice Adolphus Enebeli, disclosed this on Saturday in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
