Tottenham Hotspur lost to Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League on Sunday evening. First half goals from Brennan Johnson and James Maddison put Ange Postecoglou’s side firmly in the ascendensy on the South Coast – before Yankuba Minteh pulled one back after the break. It then went from bad to worse for the visitors. Georginio Rutter equalised, before Danny Welbeck put the Seagulls ahead at the Amex Stadium.
