COLUMBUS — Ohio State superstar wide receiver Jeremiah Smith just keeps drawing more national attention five games into his career. Five On3 national experts submitted a Heisman Trophy ballot with their top 10 players on it, and they released the results to create a complete ranking using points — 10 points for a first-place vote, nine for second, etc. Smith earned 24 points this week after another incredible performance, this time coming against Iowa.
