TAMPA, Fla. \- The City of Tampa Solid Waste Department is working to collect storm debris from Hurricane Helene, but services will be adjusted due to the approaching Hurricane Milton. Regular trash and recycling pickup will continue today, but residents are asked to secure their carts after service.
