Seven & i Holdings Co. said Thursday it will focus more on its convenience store business by separating it from noncore operations. The Japanese retail giant will establish an intermediate holding company to consolidate its supermarket, restaurant and other arms. Seven & i also said it plans to change its name to “7-Eleven Corp.” in 2025 at the earliest.
