Abubakar Garima, National President, Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria, IPMAN, has disclosed that Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, is owing IPMAN almost N15 billion. Garima stated this on Thursday while fielding questions on Channels Television’s The Morning Brief programme. “Roughly now, they are owing us (IPMAN) getting to N15 billion,” Garima replied, when asked how much NNPCL is owing the association.
