The Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), Abia State Command, Corps Commander Ngozi Ezeoma, has said that Abia has experienced a gradual and steady decrease in Road Traffic Crashes (RTC) based on reports from 2015 to 2023, attributing the decline to the efforts of the FRSC and its stakeholders to curb road recklessness by road users.
