The multinational automaker Stellantis said on Thursday that its chief executive, Carlos Tavares, will retire at the end of his contract in early 2026. The company made a number of changes, effective immediately. Doug Ostermann succeeds Natalie Knight as chief financial officer, whilel Antonio Filosa was named chief operating officer for North America, replacing Carlo Zarlenga.
