New plans to “squeeze” a block of flats behind existing homes have sparked concerns from neighbours over a lack of privacy. Developer Livingstone Homes has lodged proposals to construct the three-storey building on an empty site off Shorncliffe Road in Folkestone. Six flats, including three one-bedroom and three two-bedroom, are proposed under the scheme for the brownfield site.
