Melbourne [Australia], October 14 (ANI): Australia all-rounder Cameron Green is set to be out of action for a good amount of time as he will undergo lower spine surgery after being diagnosed with his fifth stress fracture in his lower back. The surgery has ruled Green out of the highly-anticipated Border Gavaskar Trophy against India, beginning on November 22.
