Srinagar: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, through Home Department, has issued a formal notice under Sub-Sections (3) and (4) of Section 9 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing, and Artillery Practice Act, 1938. The notice highlights the government’s decision to designate the area of Village Garhi in Nowshera, District Rajouri, for periodic field firing exercises by the Indian Army.
