North Carolina Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson on Tuesday unveiled a defamation lawsuit against CNN over its reports that he once boasted about being a “Black Nazi” in posts made on a pornographic web forum. But independent journalist Bryan Anderson, a former North Carolina Statehouse reporter for the Associated Press, posted a link to Robinson’s entire 16-page lawsuit and found that it contains “no exhibits substantiating Robinson’s denials” made by CNN in its report.
