Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is offering Western allies access to his country’s valuable raw materials as part of the much-touted victory plan he finally revealed on Wednesday. In a speech to lawmakers in Kiev, Zelensky said Ukraine has valuable resources “worth trillions of US dollars,” including uranium, titanium, lithium and graphite.
