Russia attacked an industrial facility in the Ternopil region on the night of October 16. Photos of the aftermath of the fire were released by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. “During the night attack, Russia struck one of the industrial facilities in the Ternopil region, and a large-scale fire broke out,” the statement says.
