A 17-year-old boy in Illinois has been charged as an adult with the murder of his 16-year-old girlfriend. David Sosa turned himself in to the Rochelle Police Department on October 15th, confessing to his involvement in a death. Deputies conducted a welfare check at Sosa’s apartment and tragically found his girlfriend, Jaedyn Hill, deceased. The Peoria County Coroner determined that Hill died from strangulation.
